Referrals

There is no selection criteria or application process to receive shelter from the AOC; any man who is homeless is eligible to receive services from the AOC.

To make a reservation:
Call the reservation line, 344-4340, daily between 8:30am – 9:00am. Agencies can refer men to the AOC by faxing a referral form to 344-2088. Click here to download the Referral Form in pdf.

Our resident services include:

• Clean bed
• Clean shower and towels
• Free local and long distance telephone
• Reading and computer room
• Discounted bus passes
• Storage
• “In reach” services from First Nations, NMAS, Veteran’s Administration, Dept of Health,and Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless
• Individualized homeless exit planning
• Financial assistance with rent or a security deposit.
