Reservations & Referrals

There is no selection criteria or application process to receive AOC shelter; any man who is homeless is eligible to receive services from AOC.

To make a reservation:
Call the reservation line, 344-4340, daily at 8:30am. Beds are reserved on a first-call, first-served basis. 

To make a referral:

Agencies can refer men to AOC by faxing a referral form to 344-2088. Click here to download the Referral Form in pdf.

Once a bed is reserved, each resident has 30 nights of annual serve based upon the first night of service.  It is not necessary to renew a reservation when using services on consecutive nights; however, residents must inform staff of their absence before 8:45pm if planning to miss a night of service or their reservation is cancelled.  A missed night without proper notification to the AOC staff results in forfeit of a reservation.

All residents must arrive at AOC between 5pm -- 8:45pm.
